Delivery options:

We can ship most orders the same day. We have over 40 distribution centers across the USA and Canada. All orders need to be in by 5:00PM EST. Nine out of ten customers live in our next day delivery zones. What does this mean? Fast Delivery to your business! Special orders might take a little longer but we normally have most of our inventory available for overnight delivery in the USA. Overseas shipping is, of course, available! If your order is over $75.00, it's free in the USA via UPS ground shipping, otherwise there will be a $9.95 shipping charge. We do not ship outside the USA at this time.

Payment Options

We offer two types of accounts to serve you.

Business Accounts
  1. Open Account: Net 30 days. Invoices will be mailed separately within three days of shipping. Business accounts are subject to credit approval
  2. Credit Card Payment: We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, I.M.P.A.C., Discover or American Express.

Personal Accounts

  1. Certified Check or Money Orders.
  2. Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover.
Sales tax
is charged in the following states: Florida. If you are doing business with us and are tax exempt, please fax us a tax exempt form to 850-224-3886.

Return Policy - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us at Returns Department, or call 850-224-9476, for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA).
Products must be:
  • Returned in the original packaging.
  • Returned within 20 days.
  • Returned via UPS or USPS with insurance at the customers expense.
  • All electronic devices (ie: fax machines, copiers, printers, adding machines) must be returned within 2 weeks from date of purchase.

All items returned to us will either be replaced or the cost refunded to you less a 25% restocking fee.
